Description

This transparent plastic spoon can be used to dig square holes in tofu, to form small bowls. The thin edge of the tip penetrates the tofu and cuts it cleanly. With a dustpan like design, the spoon scoops out the tofu easily. With indents in the tofu, any ingredients placed atop will not fall apart easily, and liquid juices will not drip down. Made in Japan.
