Pickup in Store

OOMOMO First Markham Place Pick-up All orders placed before 11am will be ready after 1pm the next day. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification for pick-up. 

Hours of Operation for Pickup 

Mon - Sun : 10:00am – 7:30pm 

In-Store Pickup
    1. You'll receive an email when it's ready for pickup.
    2. Go to the online pickup counter and have your order number and reference code ready.
Curbside Pickup 
    1. Park at the East side of the front entrance. There are 2 dedicated curbside pickup spots. 
    2. Please park at dedicated Oomomo curb-side pickup parking spot. We will only deliver to curb-side pickup spots.
    3. Call the store at 416-391-2781. Sometimes line can be busy but please keep calling until someone picks up.
    4. Let the associate know that you have arrived for Curb-side pickup and which spot you parked at (1 or 2).
    5. Associate will ask you to provide 3 things over the phone. The full name in the order, Order number and security Pick-Up reference code.
    6. After hanging up the phone, kindly have your trunk open and ready for the curb-side drop off.

Note: You MAY be asked to show a valid photo ID that matches with the invoice.

 

OOMOMO North York Pick-up  All orders placed before 11am will be ready in 1-5 days. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification for pick-up.
